Summary: Taking your Product Owners & Scrum Masters to next level by Maarten Kossen
“Many organizatios face the challenge of determining the maturity of their Scrum Masters and
Product Owners and identifying next steps to take for these people. After all, the Scrum Guide
only gives some information on the roles themselves and their responsibility. What it requires
from people is something different. During this presentation we will look at the growth path for
Scrum Master and Product Owners and introduce our own assessments. These assessment can
identify the maturity of these roles based on a number of skills and competences and can suggest
next steps. We will go over some of the key areas of these assessments and will highlight how
they will help make the people having these roles take next steps.”
